Authors should use the IEEE format for paper submissions. Standard IEEE conference templates for Word and LaTeX formats [Link].

During the initial paper submission process via EDAS [Link], the authors are required to make sure the pdf file and EDAS registration page of a paper have the same list of authors and the paper title, that is, please add all authors in EDAS during the submission process. Failure to comply with this rule, your paper may be withdrawn from the review process.

All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of six (6) printed pages (10-point font) including figures without incurring additional page charges (maximum 2 additional pages with overlength page charge if accepted). Note that the maximum number of pages for a paper is 8; 6 pages plus 2 additional pages allowed with a charge for each additional page of USD100 if accepted.

Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process and all submissions must be done through EDAS (https://edas.info)

Copyright Form

The copyright form can be found here. It must be signed, scanned, and uploaded via EDAS.

Final Manuscript

Final versions of papers will be uploaded to EDAS by the cooresponding author. A final review is done before placing on IEEE Xplore and on this website.

Please Note: The author list of an accepted paper can NOT be changed in the final manuscript.
